Client Experience Representative - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Client Experience Representative - Onsite position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Franklin, WI. This is a 5-month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour, W2

Schedule: 40 hours/week, shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

Position Overview:
This role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience by optimally resolving questions and inquiries from Financial Representatives and clients. The ideal candidate will take ownership of calls, serve as a trusted advocate, and exhibit skill in de-escalating servicing concerns while handling phone and transactional responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimally resolve questions and inquiries from Financial Reps and clients
• Take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to avoid repeat calls and unnecessary call transfers
• Serve as a trusted advocate for Financial Representatives and partner with them to meet the needs of clients
• Educate clients and Financial Representatives on the client website and self-service capabilities
• Develop professional relationships with clients to improve brand dedication
• Exhibit skill in de-escalating servicing concerns
• Achieve efficiency standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Handle phone and transactional responsibilities while maintaining confidential information appropriately
• Multi-task between phone and casework/transactional duties with a high degree of accuracy
• Work independently and with a team to consistently find opportunities to improve work processes
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards
• Demonstrate a willingness to shift work priorities to meet business and customer demands

Primary Requirements:

• Experience providing accurate and effective customer assistance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Computer data entry experience
• Ability to perform keyboarding/computer skills accurately and efficiently
• Proven ability to use computer software packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

• 1st tier technical support experience
