Process Engineer£51,000 – £53,000 Wolverhampton DAYS - 39 hours a week - 1pm finish on Friday Are you a Process engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and preventing them from happening again?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility featuring cutting-edge robotics, advanced automation, and an exceptionally clean working environment. We're looking for someone with a passion for reliability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Whether you're an experienced Reliability Engineer or a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Process Engineer with strong root cause analysis skills, we'd love to hear from you.
The RoleAs a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.<br />Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures.<br />Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.<br />Leading major breakdown investigations and implementing corrective actionsWhat's in it for you as a process engineer?<br />£51,000 – £53,000 salary<br />16% employer pension contribution<br />80% company sick pay<br />Death in Service benefit (3x annual salary)<br />Work in a brand-new, modern manufacturing facility<br />State-of-the-art robotics and automated production equipment<br />Exceptionally clean working environment<br />Brand-new staff canteen with free weekly vouchers<br />Join a business investing heavily in technology and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For<br />Experience as a Reliability Engineer, Senior Maintenance Engineer, or Process Engineer<br />Strong experience analysing data and implementing measurable improvements<br />Proven knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies<br />Confident communicating performance data and leading improvement initiatives<br />HNC/HND qualification is advantageous but not essentialINDSW
