The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Identify and address potential staffing ratio problems with supervisors.
• Ensure compliance of employee, contract, and student files with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and inform nursing staff of their assigned schedules.
• Distribute nursing schedules in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support, including drafting professional correspondence and reports.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
