Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Tennessee, LBA

Location: Remote or Hybrid in Nashville, TN
Pay: $60-$70 per hour

About the Role:
Open Doors ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to increase to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your goals and performance.

This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations

  • Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals

  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Tennessee LBA license (required)

  • BCBA certification (in good standing)

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused

Schedule:

  • Flexible daytime hours

  • Day shifts, Monday to Friday

  • Start part-time (5–25 hours/week) with potential to scale up
