Job Description

Mid-Weight Graphic Designer – Epetōme

£35,000–£38,000 per annum + up to 10% bonus

Remote – UK based

We’ve teamed up with the fast-growing digestive health brand, Epetōme, who are now looking to secure a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their creative team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded designer to join a high-growth DTC brand, with a primary focus on producing high-performing paid creative across the UK, US and German markets.

While paid advertising will sit at the heart of the role, you’ll also support the wider creative team across social, CRM, web and print, giving you exposure to the full brand and customer journey.

About Epetōme

At Epetōme, we are dedicated to creating gut health products that actually work.

Our first product, the synbiotic dual cap, is the result of rigorous scientific development and collaboration with leading scientists and manufacturers, led by the vision of nutritionist Emily English, ensuring the highest quality and efficacy in one daily dosage.

Epetōme is an ambitious, fast-growing gut-health subscription brand dedicated to transforming the health of its community. We know more than ever about the links between gut health and overall wellbeing – not just digestion, but mind, skin, immunity and hormone health too.

Our science-backed products empower customers to achieve their best selves every day through simple, one-a-day solutions packed with high-quality, evidence-backed ingredients.

The Role

As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, your primary focus will be creating paid advertising creative that performs.

You’ll work across campaigns targeting the UK, US and Germany, producing a balance of static, carousel and motion creative, including both short and longer-form assets.

You’ll need to understand how creative performs on platforms such as Meta and how designs should be adapted across different placements, audiences and international markets.

Alongside paid creative, you’ll support the wider team across organic social, CRM, web and print.

Brand consistency will be a major part of the role. Whether you're producing an ad for the UK or adapting creative for another market or language, you'll ensure every asset remains unmistakably Epetōme.

Responsibilities

Paid & Performance Creative

  • Create high-quality paid social assets across static, carousel and motion formats.

  • Design primarily for Meta while supporting additional paid social channels where required.

  • Understand how different creative formats and placements influence ad performance.

  • Adapt creative across different audiences, placements and markets.

  • Produce and iterate creative based on performance feedback and learnings.

  • Work across campaigns targeting the UK, US and Germany.

  • Adapt creative for German-language campaigns while maintaining brand consistency – German language skills are not required.

Motion & Video

  • Produce both short-form and longer-form motion assets for paid campaigns.

  • Edit and adapt existing footage into engaging performance creative.

  • Use animation, typography and motion to strengthen messaging and improve creative output.

  • Create multiple variations and formats from existing concepts to support testing.

Wider Brand Creative

  • Support the wider creative team across organic social, CRM, web and print.

  • Produce high-quality assets that remain consistent across different customer touchpoints.

  • Support creative requirements for shoots, events, packaging and other brand activations where required.

Creative Quality & Brand Consistency

  • Adhere closely to Epetōme's brand guidelines across every brief.

  • Maintain consistency across different formats, markets and languages.

  • Ensure a high standard of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.

  • Balance performance-led creative requirements with Epetōme's wider brand identity.

  • Deliver high-quality work at pace and keep projects moving across multiple briefs.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Graphic Designer role, ideally within DTC, eCommerce, consumer or a similarly fast-paced creative environment.

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong digital and paid-social creativity.

  • Good understanding of how ads perform on Meta and how creative can influence performance.

  • Ability to adapt creative for different Meta placements, formats and international markets.

  • Strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.

  • Comfortable producing a mix of static, carousel, motion and video assets.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work closely within established brand guidelines.

  • Comfortable receiving performance feedback and using it to inform future creative.

  • Able to manage multiple briefs and deliver consistently in a fast-moving environment.
