Experienced Internet Sales Consultant

Mazda of Clearwater is looking for an experienced, high-energy Internet Sales Consultant to join our sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Duties Include

Make phone calls, set appointments, manage internet traffic
Ensure productive CRM usage, follow-up processes, and lead management best practices
Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process
Work closely with the sales management to hit monthly sales goals
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Internet Sales Consultant
Strong appointment setting and presentation skills
Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred
Strong, effective communication abilities
Expertise with CRM, desking tools, and DMS systems
Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability
A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills
Valid driver’s license
