SAP Service Delivery Manager

An exciting opportunity within a leading UK North Sea Oil & Gas Operator based in Aberdeen on a contract basis with Hybrid working arrangement. Agency Worker / PAYE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• With a diverse portfolio of producing assets across the UK North Sea and a strong focus on operational excellence, the organisation continues to invest in technology, digital transformation and innovative solutions to support safe, reliable and efficient operations.
• This is an exciting and highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's SAP service delivery framework and supporting its wider ERP transformation journey.
• Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and external delivery partners, you will take ownership of the transition of SAP solutions from project implementation into stable, high-performing business operations.
• Lead the successful transition of SAP solutions into business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring seamless handover, operational readiness and long-term service stability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in SAP Service Delivery Management, SAP Service Transition or ERP Support Leadership.
• Previous experience within the oil and gas or energy.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), operational governance, service delivery frameworks and support operating models.
• Experience managing third-party SAP support providers, service level agreements (SLAs) and supplier performance.
• Demonstrable experience transitioning complex ERP solutions from implementation through hypercare into BAU support.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational and business functions.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications within complex, fast-paced or operationally intensive environments.
