We're hiring on behalf of a leading energy infrastructure company that plays a crucial role in electrifying the region and enabling the energy transition. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering essential projects across Western Germany.

The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mount and dismantle bolted and crimped connections, including pipe and cable assembly.
• Conduct site surveys and update plans with revisions.
• Contribute to major new build and modernization projects in the energy sector.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or similar.
• Previous experience in locksmithing, ideally within the construction, mechanical engineering, energy, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with electrical systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular Monday-Friday travel and overnight stays within Western Germany.
• Good German language skills and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
