Pay Range:$120,000-$140,000 Per Year

Description
We are looking for a proactive individual to oversee modeling and coordination for complex construction projects. 
Based in Plano, TX, this full-time role involves leading a team in using advanced modeling software to ensure project success. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and coordinating across various engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead modeling for MEP systems on active construction projects.
Manage coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution across disciplines.
Support project teams with modeling, drawing production, and field coordination.
Develop and maintain standards, QA/QC processes, and workflows.
Mentor and develop a team of professionals.

Qualifications
7 years of experience in modeling and coordination for MEP systems.
Strong expertise in modeling software and coordination.
Experience leading or mentoring teams.
Experience with data center or technical MEP projects preferred.
Experience with clash detection workflows.
