WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Graduate IT Administrator at Norton Gold Fields, you are responsible for providing support to the IT Administrators who are overseeing and maintaining all aspects of the company's computer infrastructure.
- Provide friendly, prompt IT support to staff across the business, logging and triaging all issues through the ticketing system and escalating where needed.
- Set up new computers and hardware, maintain the asset register, and manage the decommissioning and disposal of equipment.
- Assist with procurement of hardware, software licences and third party service agreements, including review and processing of IT related invoices.
- Support IT project work and contribute improvement ideas to help the team deliver better outcomes across the business.
- Assist with training users, managing mobile devices and ensuring all software and registers are kept current and accurate.
- Travel to sites as required to provide hands on IT support, working closely with IT Administrators in a customer focused, professional manner.
- Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class Driver's "C A" or "C" class licence(Essential).
- Degree in Computer Science or related field(Essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Clear and professional communicator with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A proactive team player who is adaptable, calm under pressure and eager to learn.
- Permanent full time role with an immediate start.
- Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.
- Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO.
- Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.
- Receive up to 10% short term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary.

- A fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or allowance up to $2.4k.
- Pro rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.
