Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Lead Consultant

Position     : Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Lead Consultant : Only USA
Location     : Bay Area / Watsonville, CA (Local Candidates, Ability to Travel on Need Basis)
Type of Job     : Contract : 12 Months
Experience     : 15+ Years 

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide Day to day support for complex Business queries on OTM 
•    Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management
•    Drive requirements gathering for shipment planning, carrier management, freight settlement, and rating
•    Lead workshops for fit-gap analysis and solution design
•    Support integration between OTM and Order Management / Logistics / Finance modules
•    Lead testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT) and cutover/go-live activities
•    Provide production support guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams

Required Skills & Experience
•    8+ years of Oracle experience, with strong hands-on OTM implementation background
•    At least 2 full lifecycle OTM implementations (Cloud or on-prem transitioning to Cloud)
•    Experience with transportation planning, freight audit/payment, carrier rate management
•    Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP/Order Management is a strong plus
•    Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
•    Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Oracle certifications preferred
