The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and creating meaningful experiences.
• Perform classic eldercare duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with residents' families, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns.
• Contribute creatively to daily life activities and care planning as a subject matter expert.

What You'll Need

• Completion of training as a certified nursing professional (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care.
• A high degree of empathy and respect for all individuals.
• A strong team-player mentality with a passion for enriching lives.
