Techno Functional SME – Duck Creek & API

Job Overview:
We are seeking a senior Techno Functional SME with strong Duck Creek and P&C Insurance expertise to lead delivery, quality governance, and technical-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, drive planning and execution, and ensure predictable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Lead program delivery aligned with client CIO priorities and transformation goals.
• Manage executive stakeholder communication, risks, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Provide strong P&C Claims domain expertise and functional leadership.
• Own test strategy, QA governance, and quality assurance across programs.
• Hands-on expertise in Duck Creek PC, BC & CC.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and Rest Assured automation.
• Experience in program/global delivery, estimation, planning, and governance.
