We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions
About the role
We are seeking a detailed, collaborative and proactive Web Producer to own the end-to-end management, workback schedules, clarifications on deliverables and production tracking through publishing workflows for our company website and accompanying web presence (internal and external pages, etc). This role would be the lead web / digital producer for the team, serving as the central hub connecting key stakeholders across the design and marketing department, cross functional partners within the company and external vendors as well.
The day to day role oversees project-specific web page builds, website updates for partner or product announcements, copy localization across international markets, SEO/LLM optimizations, press and blog localization, publishing plus platform governance and long term website build planning. The role will balance short term project delivery with executing a long term vision for our web presence as a company. The ideal candidate can come in and jump into managing daily granular planning / tracking, while taking a big picture audit of our total web footprint (across all verticals, enablement teams, geos, etc) and create a clear, strategic long term view. They must have bias to action, bringing together all relevant stakeholders to proceed with thoughtful, intentional and actionable next steps. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong quality assurance mindset, and works collaboratively across all teams and leadership, orchestrating execution quickly and efficiently.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
1. Web Production & Project Execution
Page Builds & Launches: Lead end-to-end production for project-specific web pages, landing pages, and microsites (e.g., product launches, sales enablement portals) in collaboration with Design, Marketing, Comms, and Engineering.
Publishing Management: Oversee day-to-day publishing workflows for blogs, press releases, product updates, and news announcements.
CMS Operations: In concert with a web dev, the role is managing content architecture, page staging, and content deployments across CMS environments (Sanity, Webflow) and hosting platforms (Vercel, Mux).
Maintenance & Issue Resolution: Track, triage, and manage resolution of day-to-day site bugs, display issues, and technical maintenance requests in coordination with web developers.
2. Content Strategy, SEO & Optimization
SEO & LLM Search Optimization: Partner with SEO agencies/consultants to manage technical metadata, canonical tags, 301 redirects, open graph (OG) tags, site architecture, and schema markup, including emerging optimizations for AI/LLM search.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor web traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion data using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) to drive content strategy improvements.
Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous QA across desktop and mobile devices, ensuring high visual integrity, correct link routing, accurate metadata, and brand consistency prior to deployment.
3. Localization & Global Web Operations
Multilingual Publishing: Coordinate internationalization and localization across global web properties (including Japanese, Korean and Arabic versions).
Translator Coordination: Manage relationships and delivery schedules with freelance translators to ensure timely and accurate translation of press releases, blog posts, product copy, and marketing assets.
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary web liaison between internal teams—including Brand Designers, Product Managers, Content Writers, Comms Leads, and Engineering Leads.
External Partner Management: Coordinate and track deliverables with contract web developers, design agencies, SEO consultants, and localization specialists.
Governance & Access: Manage team permissions, user roles, and access controls across key web platforms (Sanity, CMS, GSC, GA4).
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in web production, digital project management, or web content management within a fast-growing tech environment.
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity) and visual web builders (e.g., Webflow).
Analytics & Technical SEO: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, and core technical SEO principles (redirects, metadata, canonical URLs, schema).
Localization Workflow: Proven track record in managing multilingual content delivery and coordinating with internationalization vendors or freelance translators.
QA & Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail regarding UI/UX alignment, formatting, copy accuracy, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical requirements to developers and business objectives to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Experience with video/media hosting platforms such as Mux.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Clay).
Background working in automotive, AI, enterprise software, or deep-tech industries.
