Job Description

Systems Engineer | Fairfax, VA, United States | Hybrid | $100,000 - $130,000

The Role

Provide technical and programmatic support to a critical naval branch within the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) organization.
Assist in developing program strategies, specifications, and cost estimations, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Conduct technical, schedule, cost, and risk assessments, including trade-off analyses.
Participate in key program reviews, technical interchange meetings, and other critical project forums.
Lead and support integrated product teams to drive project success.

What You'll Need

U.S. citizenship with an active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred).
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (preferably engineering, chemistry, physics, or math).
Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience on defense programs.
Proven ability to work effectively at the Washington Navy Yard.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent self-management abilities.
