What you'll be doing:

Take the next step in your leadership journey and help drive restaurant performance while developing and supporting your team.

 

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.  
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.  
• Providing training and coaching to team members.  
• Role modelling outstanding guest service.  
• Supporting sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling.  
• Executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience.  
• Encouraging a culture of inclusiveness, trust, and accountability. 

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or hospitality.  
• Experience or ability to train, coach, and mentor crew members.  
• Passionate about providing a great customer experience.
