Senior HR Manager and Talent Development

MassArt seeks a Senior HR Manager and Talent Development professional to provide HR partnership and employee lifecycle support while leading talent development strategy. The role designs and advances leadership development, onboarding, and professional learning, partners with managers to identify organizational needs, and supports employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, employee changes, personnel action forms, employment documentation, onboarding, and recruitment activities.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding functions for assigned departments and serve as HR contact for assigned client groups.
• Maintain HR information and personnel records, including entering hires, rehires, and contract extensions in HR systems.
• Prepare personnel action forms and documents for payroll processing related to hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Maintain compliance with applicable employment and benefits laws and regulations and coordinate accurate employee information with payroll.
• Design and lead talent development, leadership development, onboarding, and professional learning initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
