Key Technical Requirements

Siemens Camstar / OpCenter

• 5–15 years of experience in Siemens Camstar MES / OpCenter solutioning.
• Strong expertise in Siemens OpCenter products supporting semiconductor manufacturing and advanced automation.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Designer
• Portal Studio
• Modeling
• Connect MOM
• Strong understanding of MES architecture, configuration, deployment, customization, and integration.

Semiconductor Manufacturing

• Strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Deep understanding of Wafer Fab manufacturing processes and solutioning.
• Experience integrating semiconductor manufacturing equipment with MES applications.
• Understanding of Factory Automation and semiconductor equipment communication.
• Functional knowledge of:
• GUI
• Tool Scheduling
• Recipe Management
• Factory Automation
• SECS/GEM

Development & Integration

• Strong front-end and back-end development knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio.
• Strong experience with:
• REST APIs
• OData protocols
• Enterprise Application Integration
• Experience integrating MES with enterprise applications such as SAP PLM.
• Experience with machine/equipment integration.

Modeling & Equipment Data

• Experience creating and managing Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment.
• Experience with:
• Recipe downloading
• Recipe uploading
• Recipe validation
• Experience collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and manufacturing processes.
• Experience implementing data collection strategies for Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a strong MES Solution Architect and contribute to end-to-end solution design.
• Participate in fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and process standardization with Area Leads and Process SMEs.
• Work with Lead SMEs to define and develop MES solution and factory automation requirements.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into scalable MES and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain Siemens Camstar/OpCenter models, configurations, and recipes.
• Support equipment integration and real-time manufacturing data collection.
• Contribute to Factory Automation solution design and validation.
• Work across multiple teams to consolidate and document requirements for MES development.
• Provide time estimates, user story point estimates, and status updates for assigned stories.
• Author and execute documentation supporting Factory Automation validation.
• Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions follow applicable industry standards, documentation practices, and testing practices.
• Collaborate closely with customers, technical teams, SMEs, stakeholders, and manufacturing teams.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop data-driven solutions.
• Support project activities using appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
