Job Description

Senior ERP Business Analyst - HR Systems & ERP Uplift

Are you an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst with strong HR systems experience? This is an exciting opportunity to support a major ERP uplift program, helping modernise and unify business critical ERP capability through a secure, cloud based platform. You will work across HR, finance, procurement and travel management functions, supporting requirements, process improvement, solution design, UAT and transition activities.

Contract Duration: 9-month contract with a possible 6-month extension

Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline Clearance required

Essential Tasks
  • Elicit, analyse and document requirements across HR systems, finance, procurement and travel management functions.
  • Define future state processes and information flows aligned to ERP standard "adopt not adapt" principles.
  • Define functional requirements, data requirements and business rules to support ERP configuration and integration.
  • Support solution design workshops, UAT, business readiness, data validation and go live transition.
Key Criteria
  • Strong ERP business analysis experience, ideally including HR systems or HRIS/HCM environments.
  • Proven capability in requirements definition and management across complex business systems.
  • Experience in business process improvement, business modelling and stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of reporting, data models, financial structures, budgeting or performance management processes.
