About our client

Our client is a highly successful and well-established technology growth investment firm focused on fintech, SaaS, digital health, and internet consumer businesses across Europe. They are currently raising their 3rd fund and have over 10 years of experience investing in technology scale-ups globally. As a Partner, you will play a key role in the expansion of the company's strategy and expanding the portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a diverse and experienced team operating in an increasingly attractive and exciting market. What the job involves

• Shape the fund's growth strategy together with the General Partners
• Define investment strategy, including priority sectors, themes, and geographies
• Drive growth investments end-to-end, from sourcing through diligence, IC, execution, and closing
• Support portfolio companies on strategy, governance, and critical inflection points

Who we are looking for

• Proven technology focused investment track record at growth stage and across Europe
• Background in management consulting and/or bulge-bracket investment banking, followed by experience in growth equity or late-stage venture at a leading platform
• Clear founder credibility and the ability to win competitive processes
• High-ownership mindset; comfortable operating with responsibility, ambiguity, and high expectations
