Following its best year to date, this successful and highly respected recruitment business is continuing its growth within the Renewable Energy, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. With an established client base, an excellent reputation, and significant investment plans, the business is now looking for an ambitious Permanent Recruitment Specialist to lead and expand its permanent recruitment offering.

Working directly alongside the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, influence the future direction of the business, and build a division with genuine long-term ownership potential.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

You'll inherit access to an established client base and have the freedom to develop long-term relationships while building a high-performing permanent recruitment division.

Previous permanent recruitment experience is essential, however sector background is flexible. Recruiters from any permanent recruitment discipline will be considered if they can demonstrate a consultative approach, strong client development skills, and the ambition to grow a successful desk or team.

This role offers a clear pathway towards leadership, with future opportunities to progress into a Head of Recruitment or Director-level position.

There is also the potential for equity participation, allowing you to share in the long-term success of the business.

Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available, alongside genuine autonomy and the ability to make key commercial decisions.

Who This Role Could Suit

An experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant looking to step into a Head of Recruitment position.

A successful recruiter looking to move away from a heavily corporate environment into a business where ideas are valued and entrepreneurial thinking is encouraged.

Individuals with experience across any permanent recruitment market, particularly Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, Construction, Professional Services or Renewable Energy.

Experience

You will have a proven background in permanent recruitment and a track record of developing strong client relationships.

You'll be commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by the opportunity to build something significant.

Strong business development capabilities, stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach are essential.

Most importantly, you'll be excited by the prospect of helping shape the future of a growing business operating within some of the UK's most exciting sectors, including Renewable Energy, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Ready for the Next Step?

If you're looking for a genuine career-defining opportunity with leadership potential, autonomy and future ownership options, we'd love to hear from you.
