Job Summary
The Press Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate completion of print jobs.
What You'll Do...
- Set up and operate printing presses based on job requirements.
- Review job tickets and specifications to ensure correct materials, ink, and settings.
- Monitor press during production to maintain color consistency and print quality.
- Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring...
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous printing or press operation experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
