Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) | Konzell, Germany | On-site We are hiring for a leading European provider of flexible industrial and consumer packaging and technical films, dedicated to developing and producing environmentally friendly solutions for sustainable product protection. The Role • Setting up, tooling, and optimizing production lines to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and availability. • Monitoring and controlling production processes with a focus on quality and cost, including reducing scrap and setup times. • Performing maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs to troubleshoot issues and prevent downtime. • Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, productivity, and stability. • Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, and reporting any deviations. • Operating the EDP system (SAP) to record production data and document manufacturing processes. What You'll Need • Successfully completed technical vocational training. • Initial experience in operating and monitoring production machinery. • Good technical understanding and a proactive, hands-on approach. • Teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility. • German language proficiency (B2 level) in speaking and writing. • Willingness to work a 3-shift system and occasional overtime during peak periods.
