The Role

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of vehicle issues including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis.
• Deliver outstanding member service and reassurance during critical times.
• Work autonomously to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize provided tools, equipment, and technology to perform repairs.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound judgments in varied situations.
