Marketing and Business Development Executive - Administration

PMC are a specialist medical affairs consultancy working with pharmaceutical companies, generic manufacturers, and emerging biotechnology firms. We help life sciencesorganisationsbuild, scale, and manage compliant medical affairs functions, covering regulatory strategy, medical copy review, interim medical leadership, and complete departmentbuild-outs.

Marketing and business development are treated as a single function here. Content and outreach only work when they are aligned, and one person owning both keeps the message consistent.

• Confident working with a CRM system and comfortable becoming its primary user.
• Confident executing email campaigns.
• Strong written English with the ability to draft clear, professional communications.
• Highlyorganised, with the discipline tomaintaina process consistently over time.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload against agreed priorities.
• Sound judgement about when to act and when to escape.
• Confident using digital tools and willing to learn new platforms including AI-assisted content tools.
• Discreet, given regular exposure to confidential client and commercial information.

• Experience in a business development, marketing, or commercial support role.
• Exposure to aprofessional services, consultancy, or B2B environment.
• Familiarity with the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
• Experience coordinating events or managing social media for anorganisation.
• Working knowledge of data protection requirements as they apply to contact data.
