Licensed Practical Nurse Manager Long Term Care

Schedule: Full-time | Day

• Assume administrative authority for clinical departments in the absence of the nursing leadership.
• Assist in implementing clinical services and programs.
• Oversee completion of clinical documentation per community policy, and State and Federal regulations.
• Assures adherence to clinical policies and procedures within departmental guidelines.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to assure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative
  leadership experience required.
