AI Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI/ML initiatives from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience delivering AI-driven solutions, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.

Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.

Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.

Coordinate AI model development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.

Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives, quality standards, and organizational requirements.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project review meetings as needed.

Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Support responsible AI practices, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably AI/ML or data science initiatives.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model development lifecycles, and AI implementation.

Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.

Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions, generative AI, or LLM-based applications.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of data engineering, MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
