Simpro empowers our trade service customers to connect the office to the field, deliver exceptional customer service, and gain invaluable insights with automated processes, streamlined workflows, and in-depth business reporting.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager. Based out of our Brisbane office, and reporting to the Director of Product Management, the ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Product Management experience and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
What You'll Do Product Strategy- Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the overall company goals.
- Test & validate various hypotheses and iterate on refining the strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionality based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, and sales, to drive product development and GTM activities.
- Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and stay informed about user needs and pain points to continuously improve the product.
- Work closely with customer support, implementation, and sales to address customer issues and concerns.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product releases and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Regularly report on product performance to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or related)
- 5+ years of experience in software product management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong interest in AI technology, and using it to solve problems.
- Optional: Background or experience in Analytics, APIs, and launching AI products is beneficial.
- Optional: Experience in, or familiarity with, project/workforce management tools and best practices within construction and other trades industries is a plus.
