Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Surrey Area – Van Mobile – Up to £48,000 + Package CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Surrey area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, with experience working across commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable mobile position with further training and progression available.

Hours of Work:<br />Monday to Friday<br />08:00 – 17:00<br />Overtime availableKey Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br />Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across air conditioning and refrigeration systems.<br />Servicing and maintaining split systems, VRVs, VRFs and VAV systems.<br />Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs.<br />Servicing and maintaining chillers and associated HVAC plant.<br />Carrying out fault finding and diagnosing AC and refrigeration issues.<br />Completing pressure and leak testing.<br />Carrying out compressor changes.<br />Brazing and associated refrigeration repairs.<br />Responding to reactive breakdowns and equipment faults.<br />Carrying out basic electrical fault finding where required.<br />Completing maintenance records and service reports.<br />Liaising with clients and site teams.<br />Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company procedures.Package:<br />Up to £48,000 basic salary<br />Company van &amp; fuel card<br />Private use of van<br />Travel paid after the first 30 minutes each way<br />25 days annual leave plus bank holidays<br />Overtime available<br />Tablet and work phone provided<br />Full company uniform<br />Further training and development<br />Excellent career progression opportunitiesRequirements:<br />City &amp; Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration qualification or equivalent<br />F-Gas qualification – Essential<br />Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial AC and HVAC systems.<br />Previous commercial building maintenance experience.<br />Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.<br />Electrical knowledge would be advantageous.<br />Good overall building services knowledge.<br />Multi-skilled approach to maintenance.<br />Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates.<br />Good communication and client-facing skills.<br />Full UK Driving Licence.Please send your CV to Charlie at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity
