The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory through prospecting and closing complex contracts.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop and present tailored proposals for multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in uniforms, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services is preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback to develop skills.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle for business use.
