The goal is clear: excellent business processes with Oracle® digitalization solutions! And you show our demanding customers the way into the digital future. Together with the customer, you design intelligent business processes in which modern, market-leading digitalization technologies can fully unfold their potential. Based on agile and hybrid methodologies, you configure enterprise software systems that are precisely tailored to the customer's business processes. You are responsible for the turnkey implementation and the accompanying change management.

A wide range of tasks await you:

• Consulting our international customers in the upper mid-market
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes with a focus on Oracle solutions. The special feature: in workshops, for process visualization and documentation, you use the Horus® business process tools and ready-made best-practice reference models.
• Supporting the implementation and configuration of Oracle standard applications:
• Oracle E-Business Suite
• Oracle Cloud Applications
• Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Heterogeneous systems
• Modeling and specifying HCM processes
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for users
• International mobility in project work (typically up to 60%)

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Administration/HR Management with an affinity for IT, or a career changer with practical experience in human resources
• 1-2 years of experience through internships and/or working student positions, preferably in the area of process and HR management
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Applications or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving complex business problems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
