ROC IT Support Specialist for Critical Ops

Surf Life Saving NSW seeks a calm, adaptable ROC IT Support Officer to back-end the Remote Operations Centre. You will troubleshoot incidents, maintain devices and systems, coordinate escalations and contribute to overall ROC readiness.

You will support Windows, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, manage access and security, and work across internal teams, volunteers and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
