This role is ideal for someone with a knack for customer service and a genuine enthusiasm for bikes, offering the chance to deliver market-leading service and repair standards.

The Role

  • Deliver market-leading standards of cycle service and repair on a range of bikes, including electric models.
  • Perform technical service and repair work on children's, adult, premium, and performance cycles.
  • Assist in developing the skills of other team members.
  • Work with customers to help them find and maintain their ideal bike.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in service, building, and repair across a variety of cycles.
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally within a retail or cycle services environment.
  • Experience in sharing technical expertise with others.
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
  • A practical, quick, and efficient problem-solving approach.
