NOW HIRING – CONCRETE LABORER

Location: Red House, WV
Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Paid when applicable

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join a busy production operation. This is a physically demanding position involving the preparation and production of precast concrete products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prep and fill precast concrete molds
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Accurately fill customer orders
• Move, stack, and organize completed products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Steel toe boots required
• Ability to lift heavy materials regularly
• Ability to stand and perform physical labor for the entire shift
• Comfortable working in loud, hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions
• Basic math and counting skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or forklift experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
