Job Description

Job Description :
  • 10+ years of hands-on enterprise integration, API development, middleware/iPaaS, and integration architecture experience; strong expertise architecting, developing, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting complex SaaS, ERP, CRM, CPM, CLM, data platform, and partner-system integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, file/batch integrations, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, data mapping/transformation, orchestration, error handling, reconciliation, monitoring, logging, retries, and exception management.

  • Expertise with enterprise iPaaS/middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, Google Cloud integration technologies, or comparable platforms.

  • Experience architecting and integrating SaaS/cloud applications, with strong preference for NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, OneStream CPM, Luminance CLM, or comparable enterprise business applications.

  • Ability to define target-state integration architecture, modernization roadmaps, reusable API/services, integration patterns, system boundaries, data flows, security standards, scalability, performance, monitoring, and supportability.

  • Strong production-support expertise with hands-on troubleshooting of logs, payloads, API responses, integration jobs, connectivity, data issues, performance problems, and complex business-critical integration failures.

  • Experience designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, retry mechanisms, exception handling, root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, and operational support processes.

  • Hands-on experience managing integration environments, deployments, connectivity, security, source control, testing, release processes, CI/CD, production cutovers, and post-production stabilization.

  • Experience leading integration workstreams from requirements gathering and technical design through development/configuration, SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, cutover, and production support.

  • Strong technical leadership experience guiding onshore/offshore developers, implementation partners, and vendors while remaining hands-on with architecture, development, troubleshooting, code/configuration reviews, and technical decisions.

  • Experience establishing enterprise standards for API design, security, logging, error handling, data transformation, versioning, testing, deployment, documentation, and integration governance.

  • Strong vendor-management experience including reviewing technical solutions, challenging estimates, managing SLAs, licenses, upgrades, defects, enhancements, Statements of Work, and reducing dependency on external implementation partners.

  • Experience coordinating release management, change management, SOX/audit documentation, production readiness, and cross-functional activities with Business Systems, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Information Security, Finance, and business stakeholders.

  • Preferred experience with financial integrations, enterprise data platforms, master/reference data, high-volume interfaces, and business-critical integrations requiring high reliability and operational resilience.

  • Experience modernizing fragile point-to-point integrations into scalable, reusable, API-driven, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures within complex multi-entity environments.

  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture patterns, API management, cloud integration, event-driven architecture, data transformation, security, scalability, performance optimization, observability, and integration lifecycle management.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

  • Role is approximately 60–70% hands-on technical delivery—including architecture, development, configuration, APIs, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support—and 30–40% technical leadership, prioritization, vendor management, and governance.

  • Success requires taking ownership of critical integrations, improving reliability and production stability, reducing recurring failures and manual intervention, establishing reusable integration standards/components, maintaining an integration inventory, and delivering a modernization roadmap for high-risk interfaces.
