Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match dental professionals with temporary and permanent openings across regional practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and practice managers
• Conduct intake calls with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and office culture
• Coordinate interviews, confirm assignments, and manage scheduling or last-minute staffing changes
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the staffing database/ATSProvide responsive support to clinicians and practices, resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet placement goals and service standards
• Participate in local networking, online sourcing, and referrals to grow the talent pipeline
