ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Cloud Architect / Lead Developer to lead the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise-scale AEM Cloud as a Service (AEMaaCS) solution. The ideal candidate will serve as both a solution architect and hands-on technical leader, driving architecture decisions, consulting with business stakeholders, leading a team of AEM developers, and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple business domains.
The role requires strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, digital experience platforms, cloud-native architecture, enterprise integrations, and migration programs. The candidate should also possess foundational AWS cloud knowledge to support migration and coexistence scenarios between AWS and Adobe Cloud environments.
12+ years of software engineering experience.
8+ years of AEM development and architecture experience.
3+ years of AEM Cloud Service implementation experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AEM migration programs.
Should have fair understanding of Adobe experience cloud Products like Adobe analytics , Adobe target, AJO, AEP, CDP
Experience managing offshore/onshore development teams.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Skills: Digital : Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing~Digital : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)~Adobe Journey Optimizer~Digital : Cloud Service Management Experience Required: 10 & Above
