  • Offer an escalation path to assist internal and external customers with complex queries/problems.
  • Follow and adhere to company processes, procedures, and policies.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working within property management/managing agent
  • Being able to read a lease agreement

  • High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide consistent high-level customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and collaboratively, based on reasoned arguments and supported by evidence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Member level TPI (the property institute)
  • Working knowledge of the Heat Network Regulations or the wider utilities sector
