Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Data Center Operations to support reliable, secure, and efficient data center environments for real estate and corporate clients. You will monitor critical infrastructure, respond to incidents, perform routine inspections, coordinate maintenance vendors, and support capacity planning and change management. Partner with engineering, IT, and facilities teams to reduce risk, ensure uptime, and meet SLAs. Responsibilities

  • Monitor data center infrastructure and environmental conditions to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial triage and escalating per procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance coordination.
  • Support capacity planning, asset tracking, and change management activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, facilities, IT, and engineering teams to execute work safely.
  • Maintain detailed operational logs, incident reports, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with adherence to SLAs, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
  • Contribute to risk reduction, resilience improvements, and best practice adoption.
