  • Translate large, complex datasets into concise, meaningful insights that support leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate project information and maintain a reliable source of truth across the organization.
  • Support recurring business reviews, planning cycles, forecasting activities, and executive reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management tools, reporting processes, data governance practices, and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio standards, data definitions, and documentation that improve organizational visibility and scalability.
What Makes You Successful

  • Enjoys working with complex data and finding the story behind the numbers.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
  • Takes ownership of data quality and continuously seeks opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Can confidently communicate analytical findings to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Balances attention to detail with an understanding of broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, business intelligence, data management, project controls, or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Strong database management and data governance experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings through clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience reconciling information across multiple systems and maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
