  • 6-month contract-to-hire

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Consultant to support configuration, troubleshooting, analysis, and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM Absence Management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Absence, a solid understanding of Fast Formulas, and the ability to analyze data and resolve complex issues.
This role will work closely with HR, functional, and technical teams to support business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and improve HCM processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Absence-related configuration and system issues
  • Review and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, including understanding formula logic and identifying issues; advanced formula development is not required
  • Analyze HCM data to identify discrepancies, trends, and root causes
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation of Absence-related enhancements and changes
  • Develop, maintain, and support reporting using BI Publisher (BIP) and/or OTBI
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data issues, and system troubleshooting as needed
  • Document configurations, processes, issues, and solutions
  • Provide ongoing production support and recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Deep functional experience with Oracle Absence Management
  • Working knowledge of Fast Formulas and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot formula logic
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and/or OTBI
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
