Informatica ETL Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica Extract Transform Load (ETL) Developer to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and Teradata. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data integration, performance tuning, and data warehousing best practices, with a focus on supporting healthcare-related data systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter and ETL development.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience with Teradata (v17+), including Fastload, TPT, and Multiload utilities.
• 5+ years of Informatica PowerCenter administration experience.
• 2+ years of Unix Shell (Bash/Korn) scripting experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of data warehouse development experience.
• 5+ years of data modeling experience using ERWIN or similar tools.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript (React).
• Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Address Doctor, and Metadata Manager.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare data systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of BI and data integration technologies across relational and multidimensional systems.
