Responsibilities
Greet and assist every customer who enters the showroom or sales lot with enthusiasm and professionalism
Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to their needs
Explain vehicle performance, technology, available upgrades, accessories, and dealership benefits clearly and confidently
Conduct facility tours and provide a best-in-class customer experience from first contact to close
Overcome objections and close sales by following the dealership's established sales process
Build lasting customer relationships and maintain strong rapport to drive repeat and referral business
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as set by dealership leadership
Report daily to the Sales Manager on contacts, objectives, planned activities, and prospect analysis
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
Uphold Acura's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Prior automotive sales experience preferred
Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership CRM and other tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with strong attendance and punctuality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
