Membership Recruitment Manager | Permanent | Full-time

Location and working pattern: Primarily remote and field-based, with regular face-to-face meetings with prospective members and around 2-3 team or office days each month at the Leatherhead / London office.

Salary: Circa £45,000 plus target-related bonus

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

An established trade association has a clear pipeline of prospective members and an ambitious plan to grow. It is seeking a confident relationship-builder who can turn that opportunity into new membership.

The opportunity

• Engage business owners and senior decision-makers, communicating a compelling case for membership.

• Work closely with the CEO and Membership Director to shape and present the membership proposition.

• Build relationships with prospective members, keep opportunities moving and convert interest into new members.

• Represent the organisation at relevant industry events and meetings.

• Manage your own schedule and prospect activity, keeping accurate records and following up consistently.

About you

You’ll have proven member recruitment experience, ideally within a trade association, and be comfortable engaging business owners and directors. You’re persuasive, well organised and self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently and represent an organisation externally. HubSpot experience would be an advantage.
