The organization strives to create lasting, positive change in the lives of the individuals and communities it serves.\n\nRole Description \n\nFull or part time Hybrid based out of one of our center locations:\nTexas- Longview\nTexas- Kaufman\nIndiana- Terre Haute\nIndiana- Seymour\nIndiana- Bloomington\n\nFull or Part time Remote with BCBA licensure in Indiana or Texas\n\nSalaried and Contract Positions available\n\n\n QualificationsCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.\n Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.\n Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes.\n Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.\n Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.\n Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications.\n Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and continuous professional development; experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred.\n
