Senior Director, US Marketing Lead (IgAN)

Senior Director leading US marketing strategy for an immunoglobulin A nephropathy portfolio at a global biotechnology company. Responsible for brand strategy development, cross-functional partnerships, market insights generation, and team management with financial accountability.

Responsibilities
Develop portfolio and brand strategies, overseeing lifecycle activities and brand positioning
Create and implement strategic and tactical brand plans with performance monitoring
Lead cross-functional teams in developing external promotional communications
Generate and consolidate market insights from HCPs and patients through research and advisory boards
Evaluate ROI across portfolio activities and manage financial and HR responsibilities for assigned staff
Requirements
12+ years work experience with 5+ years supervisory/management experience or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or scientific field
Pharmaceutical marketing experience or closely related field (sales, agency)
Proven ability to define brand or portfolio strategy and track ROI
Strong analytical skills with expertise in market forecasting and revenue drivers
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience managing and developing team members
Compensation:
$228,000 - $342,000 base
