The Role

• Provide technical support for laboratory automation within the Bioanalytics Operations department.
• Plan and execute bioanalytical methods, particularly ligand binding assays and ECL technology, for quantitative protein analysis using laboratory automation.
• Expand the existing method repertoire and integrate new methods into the current laboratory automation setup.
• Organize general laboratory workflows, including equipment and capacity planning.
• Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
• Create and maintain GLP- or guideline-compliant documentation, including SOPs, study plans, and reports.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Biological-Technical Assistant or a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience with laboratory automation, including barcode usage and computer-controlled systems.
• Experience in the quantitative or qualitative determination of protein concentrations in serum or other biological matrices.
• Proficiency in bioanalytical relevant IT systems such as LIMS or ELN is a plus.
• Solid IT skills and good knowledge of GLP and GCP principles.
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
