Facets Integration Developer

Experience: 10+ years
Location: Remote
Education: BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc; technical certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities

Support Provider & Quality Affiliation activities.
Join the ClinicalONE squad for the Supplemental Clinical Data Quality Framework project.
Research and interpret HEDIS quality specifications.
Analyze complex/messy clinical healthcare data from a business perspective.
Develop/prototype complex SQL queries for Engineering implementation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architects, SMEs, and stakeholders.
Support project execution and enhance product capabilities.

Must-Have Skills

Strong Healthcare Data experience.
Senior Business/System Analyst experience.
Expert SQL proficiency.
Working knowledge of Python.
Strong technical/business requirement writing skills.
Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
HEDIS and/or clinical data experience highly preferred.

Facets Integration Skills

TriZetto Facets experience.
Facets integrations with enterprise applications.
APIs, middleware, ETL, and healthcare data standards.
Knowledge of payer functions such as claims, enrollment, provider, member, and care management.
