Azure Cloud Operations Engineer

Epicor is seeking a Cloud Operations professional to resolve Tier 2 incidents across Azure-based production apps and infrastructure. You will triage issues across multiple teams, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and ensure timely resolution while supporting containers, Kubernetes, and SQL Server.
