The Role

• Operating and monitoring CNC turning and/or milling machines.
• Setting up, rigging, and calling up programs for the machines.
• Manufacturing precision parts according to technical drawings.
• Monitoring machining processes and optimizing workflows.
• Performing quality control checks on manufactured parts, including measuring, inspecting, and documenting.
• Changing tools and performing minor corrections.
• Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a CNC Machinist, CNC Specialist, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.
• A quality-conscious and meticulous approach to work.
• Teamwork skills and reliability.
• Willingness to work shifts (depending on the specific site).
